I’m Deon Glass, founder of Valor & Grace Cybersecurity. I’m a retired Army Sergeant First Class and cybersecurity professional with experience protecting complex defense, enterprise, regulated, and classified environments.My work has included vulnerability management, security assessments, system authorization, compliance support, cloud security, security baselines, and translating technical findings into decisions leaders can act on. I’ve helped strengthen security across large environments, improve audit readiness, reduce critical risk, and build more effective security processes.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, along with industry certifications including SSCP, CySA+, Security+, CCNA, and CCSK.I founded Valor & Grace to give organizations access to experienced, independent cybersecurity guidance without turning them into lifelong consulting projects. Every engagement is designed to provide clarity, practical recommendations, and a plan your organization can realistically execute.
